Steal an Latamrot plays like a crowded tycoon with permission to mug the neighbor. You buy Hispanic meme units, they print cash while they stand in your base, and every other player on the 8-person server wants the same slot. This page is the full loop after Getting Started. The loop in one paragraph

Claim a base → buy a latamrot from the red carpet → park it so it generates money → lock the lasers → spend cash on better units, a bat, then rebirth requirements → when a neighbor’s lock expires, steal their best unit and lock again. That sentence is the game. Everything else is timing.

The map

Official screenshots show a desert plot with cacti, brick walls, a paved road, and a dark tunnel. The tunnel is the shop. Green signs above it count down guaranteed legendary / mythic listings. Bases line both sides. You will almost never raid plot #8 from plot #1 before the owner returns; pick adjacent targets. Server size is 8. If you loaded into a 30-player lobby, you are in the wrong experience.

Buying vs stealing

Buying is safe income. Click a listing, pay the cash, carry it home. If two people click, some copies give it to whoever’s purchase registers first; others let the second player steal the walking unit in the street. Treat every purchase as a steal-in-progress until it is on your slot.

Stealing is faster income and the name of the game. You may only enter a base when its lasers are down. Grab one unit (you cannot empty a plot in one trip on standard copies), suffer a slow, and listen for the owner’s alert. Full routing: how to steal.

Income

Parked latamrots pay per second. Official art for Los Simios Secret shows a headline $997,213,719/s — that is a flex number for a secret, not your starter rate. A mid steal screenshot shows about $98M/s on a carried unit. Use those as “this is what the HUD looks like,” then rank your actual shop with the latamrot tier list. Collect cash at the collector; standing AFK in a locked base is valid play and the description even jokes that you earn money by existing.

Gear you actually need

Hour one: bat. Hour two: a slap if the shop sold one with a bigger hitbox. After first rebirth: speed or gravity coil so you can outrun a chase. Traps, sentries, and troll items come later. Do not buy a gamepass until the loop is boring. Ranks: gear tier list.

Locking is the skill

Default lock ~60 seconds. Each rebirth typically adds time (copies inherit +10 seconds from the Brainrot template). VIP passes on some remakes add another chunk. The pad does nothing if you forget it after a successful steal. How to protect is the companion to this page — read both.

Rebirth is the progression, not the shop

You will hit a wall where carpet listings cost more than your income. Rebirth wipes parked units and most cash, then pays you lock time, slots, and gear unlocks. Events and codes

The original listing promised Friday updates “if the dev does not fall asleep.” Copies still advertise Friday. Admin abuse is the live stream version: luck, secrets, chaotic spawns. Codes remain empty until a patch actually ships a string. Do not pause the loop waiting for either.

Win conditions

There is no final boss. You “win” a session by:

• Holding the highest income on the server.
• Surviving a raid with the lock pad.
• Completing a rebirth without donating your index to a random.
• Grabbing an event secret before seven other people do.
